Dear friends, welcome to Moldova! Welcome to Chisinau Forum 2023!
Our event takes place under the title “UN Agenda 21 and The Great Reset. The Fall from Liberalism to Technocracy and Transhumanism”.
I would like to mention at the outset that our event is being broadcast live. And it is important to emphasise that today, we will have many brilliant participants from different countries and even different continents. Among us are people from academia, scientists and researchers, philosophers, experts in geopolitics and economics, in sociology, and political sciences, lawyers, authors of remarkable books, writers and journalists.
So be ready for an exceptional international event, and to listen to the crème de la crème of the international antiglobalist intellectual and metapolitical Resistance. This fascinating marathon takes place in the countryside of the Republic of Moldova, away from the noise of the capital city and the curiosity of some too vigilant international and local circles. We will have over thirty speakers. And that means a real marathon, in which we will present our ideas in about fifteen minutes.
Our meeting will be held as follows. On stage will be a succession of speakers, both of participants personally present at the Chisinau Forum and those who sent us their speeches in video format. But all of us ― those present in this room and those who follow us on the internet ― will have the opportunity to hear all the speeches. So, be ready to resist fatigue during this marathon, since we are the Resistance.
And now, after those housekeeping remarks, I would like to remind you that Chisinau Forum was set up in May 2017 by a group of intellectuals from various countries who oppose globalist tyranny and affirm freedom as the supreme gift and fundamental right of every human being and nation. Chisinau Forum is an international think tank concerned with geopolitical, economic, moral, cultural, and religious issues, which emerged as a reaction of active non-compliance to the globalist strategy of imposing a single world state, led by a perverse élite, which seeks to impose a mainstream ideological conformism within a dystopian regime.
After three successive and successful annual meetings of the Chisinau Forum, we had to suspend our regular activity because of the imposition of state terrorism on the pretext of a ‘medical emergency’ in 2020. I mean, of course, the so-called Covid-19 pandemic. For three years, we have been waging a tough metapolitical and re-informational battle against the world power centre, which has manifested itself through the WHO and governments around the world that have been totally obedient to it, and hostile to their own peoples. In the meantime, we have seen that the plans for the total overturning of the sovereignty of the world’s nation states, worked up within entities such as the Club of Rome and the Trilateral Commission, have become a striking geopolitical reality.
Among all the world's governments, only a few, mostly African, leaders ― most famously Tanzanian President John Magufuli and Haitian President Jovenel Moïse ― have opposed forced vaccinations. They have paid with their lives for resisting this globalist tyranny. In Europe, we have only two examples of national authorities avoiding the harsh imposition of draconian measures under medical pretexts, namely Sweden and Belarus. I called this new international reality ‘the end of classical geopolitics’. Since the spring of 2020, rivalries between states have been seen to be fake dichotomies or false polarities, because they are altogether secondary in comparison to the common agenda they pursue, imposed through entities such as the WHO and the UN.
The Great Reset, pushed by Klaus Schwab as a major opportunity and historical accelerator of the agenda, has become “The New Normal” in recent years.
We live in a time of major crisis. This crisis, called a polycrisis by some, is multidimensional and is artificially instrumentalized by the ruling global elite. Hot on the heels of the health crisis have followed an economic crisis, food crisis, climate crisis, cyber crisis, and finally the last blow to us is being prepared ― the false alien invasion that is to be mounted under a Project Blue Beam terminal operation.
All this strategy is being pursued for the installation of the New World Order, euphemistically referred to as “global governance” in official international documents. Even the war in Ukraine seems to be part of the general plan of controlled demolition. A state of emergency is being imposed everywhere and fear is the basic means of domination and control.
The 2030 UN Agenda for Sustainable Development and the new International Pandemic Treaty and International Health Regulations prepared through the WHO hang like the sword of Damocles over humanity. The rise of the new model of totalitarianism, namely technocracy, promoted under the Hegelian formula of problem-reaction-solution, is being imposed with a speed and scale unprecedented in human history.
Against this background, Chisinau Forum concentrates its efforts upon analyzing these phenomena of huge gravity for mankind, affirming truth and freedom as supreme human values.
Unmasking globalist plans and consolidating a peaceful civil resistance is our permanent concern. Our goal is the continuous expansion of our intellectual and moral brotherhood beyond all frontiers. We respond to the present major global challenge with cross-border solidarity and cooperation. In the face of existential threat for the whole human race, we must overcome all kinds of divisions and differences and to form a Global Resistance Movement (GRM) in order to reject the total aggression of globalist demonic elites.
While having different approaches to the current international situation, as well as the causes that have generated this offensive of the world hyperclass against humanity, we remain determined to face these catastrophic situations side by side. Some of us bind their hopes to certain countries, considered to as an axis of resistance to globalism; others are persuaded that Western Modernity, the plague of plutocracy and the reign of quantity has gained the upper hand over the entire world.
Some believe that sovereign states still exist today; others argue that national independence is already a thing of the past. Some operate with strictly ‘objective’ arguments, which fit into the liberal paradigm; others appeal to religious and even eschatological interpretation. Thus, our debate is an open one and aims at defining as well as we can the primary causes of the ongoing global coup d’état, and at identifying effective solutions to halt the destruction of the human race. In this manner, our disagreements become complementary and fruitful characteristics in our joint effort to determine the truth and to propose optimum solutions to reject this total war of the globalists against humanity.
Dear friends, as an Orthodox Christian, I would like to conclude these introductory remarks with the following words, which during Communism remained the standard reply to any greeting here in the Moldovan countryside:
