Welcome to Chisinau Forum 2024!
I would like to thank from the very beginning the friends who made the effort to arrive personally to our event, as well as those who sent their speeches in video version.
I would like to remind you that our geopolitical debate platform was launched in 2017 by a group of intellectuals from various countries who take a critical approach to the trend towards the establishment of an abusive international order promoted by globalist elites.
During this time, we have met annually within the Chisinau Forum initiative, and the cooperation between researchers, scholars and authors gathered within this international think tank has materialized in the translation and publication of books and articles, and the production of a multitude of interviews and podcasts. Thanks to the intense cooperation between us, more and more eminent personalities from various fields of academic activity are becoming part of our expanding international family. Therefore, the two complementary activities related to leadership, our team building and networking, are becoming increasingly dynamic.
Of course, the launch of the special operation codenamed "Covid-19" in 2020 targeting depopulation and genetic modification under the pretext of a false pandemic has prompted us to intensify our work to expose this criminal strategy. Thus, in the last four years our community of people eager to oppose technocratic tyranny has become much larger and stronger.
Last year's Chisinau Forum was held on the 9th and 10th of September under the title “UN Agenda 21 and the Great Reset. The Fall from Capitalism to Technocracy and Transhumanism”. I recall that during the first day of our meeting last year alone, thirty-three prominent participants spoke at the Chisinau Forum. All the speeches were streamed live on several platforms and then translated into several languages and published one-by-one over a four month period.
Thus, year after year the Chisinau Forum becomes more and more visible worldwide, primarily due to the quality of our speakers and their moral commitment to building a true civic Resistance against the globalist dictatorship.
Dear Friends,
as you know, we have proposed the following topic for today's debate at the Chisinau Forum 2024: "UNRESTRICTED WARFARE. A Holistic Approach to the Great Reset". We are all aware that the world is currently at a critical moment unprecedented in history. The coup d'état on a global scale is a fait accompli. The demonic elites accelerating the establishment of the dystopian New World Order have succeeded in turning international organizations such as the UN, WHO, WTO, UNESCO, BIS, EU, etc. into tools of domination and the imposition of a single agenda on all the countries of the world.
The tragic events of recent years show that the occult circles operating behind the scenes internationally are plotting a new world war. And again, as in WWI and WWII, the same circles of the world plutocracy are pulling the strings behind all sides in the conflict, as antagonisms like "the collective West" versus Russia/China/BRICS are stoked to the hilt to push limited conflicts into planetary carnage.
Under these circumstances, we are compelled to expose these nefarious plans and actions. We are well aware that virtually all states and governments in the world are subordinated to the same power centers. The Covid-19 experiment has clearly shown that the leaders of countries considered to be major geopolitical players have turned out to be nothing more than puppets in the hands of Satanic globalists.
In the years 2020-2021, several leaders of African states and the President of Haiti lost their lives as a result of their opposition to this pretext fir a medical dictatorship exercised through the WHO. And a few days ago, the Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico was the victim of an assassination attempt. And this as a result of his determined stance in opposing NATO measures to support the Kiev regime and especially as a result of his determined rejection of the Pandemic Treaty imposed through the WHO.
In these circumstances, it is lucidity, critical thinking and moral responsibility that guide us to continue our struggle of ideas and expose the organized crime networks that usurp global power and covet our mass murder and dehumanization by techno-scientific means. Our effort to seek and speak the truth is a supreme commitment to our societies and to the future of the world as a whole.

I remind you of our rules of procedure. Speakers from various countries will take the floor at the Chisinau Forum 2024, each of them for 15 minutes. And since not all participants were able to travel to the event in person, we will combine the speeches of those present at the meeting with video presentations.
