Yuri's message after court hearing

Dear friends,

First of all, I would like to thank all those who defended me and condemned the efforts of the Moldovan government that subordinated its justice to convict me in prison for the crime opinion of being dissident. The formal charge is to commit the crime of influence peddling. No evidence, no witnesses, and countless abuses and violations of the law. The political regime made up of mercenaries of the Soros mafia-type network has been craving for a long time to put me in jail.

The final court hearing took place today. The sentence was to be pronounced. But after the pleadings of the prosecutor, the lawyers and myself as defendant, the judge postponed the sentencing for August 2, at 13.30. The prosecutor asked in today's meeting for my conviction to 4 (four) years of deprivation of liberty, the confiscation of an immovable property that does not belong to me, being the property of a private foundation, confiscation of money raised from the vault of this foundation at the time of the search on February 28, 2018, money that also does not belong to me.

In put, the prosecutor asks to pay the court costs.

Although my lawyers filed numerous complaints, pointing to the serious abuses and illegalities committed by an illegally constituted court, most likely all this will be ignored by the hierarchically superior courts.

Thus, my conviction on August 2 is very likely. And the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Justice, the ability to examine appeals, do not seem to be more independent than the first instance.

God bless you all.

With love and gratitude,
