PROFESSOR DUGIN'S AVATARS (14). Soft power à la russe and dissidence controlled by the Kremlin octopus

August 2, 2024. The Chisinau Court sentenced me to six years in prison.

The criminal prosecution initiated against me back in March 2017 by the criminal regime in Chisinau, which had usurped power in the state, was following its predetermined course. Over the years, I lost count of the attempts of various governments to destroy me by instrumentalizing criminal files. Nothing new for me. This time the counterfeit legend in the file concerned the crime of influence peddling. No witnesses, no evidence, just the criminal complaint of a swindler.

But this time the puppet regime in Chisinau, formed exclusively by mercenaries of the Soros criminal network, surpassed all its predecessors. Thus, on August 2, 2024, Judge Ana Cucerescu even exceeded the expectations of the prosecutors. Thus, in their plea, the prosecutors requested that I be sentenced to FOUR years of imprisonment, but the generous judge awarded me SIX years in prison. My sources proved to be correct: In exchange for this sentence, the young and ambitious judge was promised a rapid promotion by being granted the status of judge at the Supreme Court of Justice, which is what happened. And Livia Mitrofan, who held the position of ad-interim president of the Chisinau Court and illegally forwarded this file to the above magistrate for execution, became a member of the Supreme Council of Magistracy for this feat and other services to the government.

The website coordinated by Pierre-Antoine Plaquevent published my statement on the same day of August 2, 2024:

https://strategika.fr/2024/08/09/aujourdhui-jai-ete-condamne-a-six-ans-de-prison/.

In those days after my conviction, I had an intense and friendly correspondence with Pierre-Antoine and Youssef via Telegram, whom I thanked for their support. Pierre-Antoine told me that we were also going to have a three-way radio show, which never happened. (I hope they don't delete the correspondence we had over the years, even though our paths have parted ways.).

In fact, this site has published several of my articles over time:

https://strategika.fr/?s=iurie+roșca.

I also found one of the three critical articles in relation to BRICS:

https://strategika.fr/?s=iurie+roșca+2025+condamne .

Among these is a text that I wrote at the request of my friend at the time, Youssef Hindi, to which I will return below.

September 25, 2025. The Chisinau Court of Appeal upholds the conviction, but the sentence of six years is reduced to four years of deprivation of liberty. The sentence is not final, but it is enforceable.

To avoid imprisonment, I had left the country two days earlier. I knew what awaited me in prison.

While there is total jubilation in the dominant press in the Republic of Moldova and Romania, the media sources managed by my former friends in Russia and France are very silent.

If I remember correctly, this time my friends in Paris were less vocal in my defense. I emphasize, I appreciate the intellectual contribution of French authors within the dissident movement, I was honored to help promote their works in Moldova and Romania, but I cannot accept their unilateral, distorted approach to international realities. Not seeing what is happening in Russia today and, worse, becoming promoters of the official discourse of the Kremlin Synagogue means surrendering one's own intellectual independence in exchange for undeclared favors.

As the tyrannical regime in Russia plunges this country into an ever-greater catastrophe, my criticism of the Kremlin has also become increasingly harsh. The disastrous war in Ukraine, the assassination and imprisonment of political opponents, the suppression of freedom of the press and assembly, the methodical falsification of elections, the imposition of the Satanic Agenda 2030, all of these served as the basis for the unmasking of the oligarchic and xenocratic dictatorship in Russia.

For the propagandists and “controlled opposition” like Pepe Escobar, Scott Ritter, Col. Douglas Macgregor and Jeffrey Sachs, as well as for their French-speaking colleagues, I propose a simple intellectual exercise: How do they explain the fact that, unlike Western, Latin American or Muslim countries, which have been organizing huge protest meetings against the terrorist state of Israel for years, no civic protest of this kind takes place in Russia? Isn't it because Putin and his cabal are the tools of international Zionism? Think about it, if you have what it takes and are allowed to do it.
