PROFESSOR DUGIN'S AVATARS (16). Soft power à la russe and dissidence controlled by the Kremlin octopus

About the colony of French dissidents settled in Moscow.

1. Xavier Moreau. Wikipedia states that he settled in Russia in 2000 and that he is a businessman and political commentator. Indeed, to have successful business in Putin's Russia you have to become a servant of political power. He succeeds in this role wonderfully. He founded his own website https://stratpol.com.

With the beginning of the Russian military intervention in Ukraine, I watched several video editions with his comments. I admit, in the first days of the war I hoped, like so many others in our camp, that Putin, under pressure from patriotic forces and the military, would break away from the globalist centers of power. But very soon it became clear that in fact this war has completely different stakes than those declared by the officials. That's why I stopped watching Moreau's shows. I couldn't afford too much toxic propaganda, prefabricated in the obscure offices of Moscow's power. In Xavier Moreau's vision, the triumphant march of the Russian army in Ukraine has been going on for four and a half years and is going from victory to victory. And Putin's genius as a providential figure for Russia and for all of humanity is portrayed with great skill by this business propagandist or, if you will, a business man of propaganda.

Xavier Moreau seems to be a highly trusted person of the “deep state“, the number one violin in the vast orchestra penetrating French dissident circles and recruiting prominent intellectuals to join the propaganda wagon of the Putin regime. From what I can see, the former French army officer also excels in civilian clothes on the hospitable soil of Russia.”

I met him only once, in Paris, at a conference that he also moderated. Someone introduced me, the man glanced at me from above, extended his hand, but he had no time to waste with someone like me. I sent him several messages via Telegram, but he never replied.

Xavier Moreau is always present on the broadcasts of television and radio stations affiliated with the regime, **Russia Today**, **Channel 1** and **Sputnik**, etc. The other day I saw him in a video posted on his social media accounts in which he boasted that he was in the TV studio where he would participate in a broadcast by “the Russian journalist Vladimir Solovyov, the mainstream French media's most hated journalist“. In a few seconds he managed to tell two lies at once.”

The first lie. This journalist is not Russian, but “from Russia“. He is a declared Jewish Kabbalist, a member of the Jewish Satanist sect Chabad Lubavich. The real surname of this agent of influence of Zionist circles, a great provocateur, is Shapiro. This Satanist wrote two blasphemous, deeply anti-Christian books, which bear the following titles: The Gospel According to Solovyov and “The Apocalypse According to Vladimir“, united under the generic title The Chronicles of the Second Coming. See links:”

https://www.livelib.ru/book/1000856231-apokalipsis-ot-vladimira-vladimir-solovev

Or here is another book of indoctrination of the masses, which takes up the aphoristic phrase of the Russians: We are Russians, God is with us! A greater mockery of this people is difficult to imagine:

The second lie. Vladimir Solovyov is detested not only by the mainstream media in France, but also by the vast majority of Russians. It's just that no one can shut the mouth of this arrogant provocateur, who is extremely skilled in promoting the most harmful manipulation strategies. For example, he is one of a long line of ethnic mafia who simulate Russian patriotic discourse and who calls on the authorities to use nuclear bombs against Ukraine and even Europe.

Does Xavier Moreau know all this? Of course. But the man is on duty, like a military man. He serves the interests of the mafia in power for personal gain.

2. Fabrice Sorlin. A right-wing political activist, who stood out as a brilliant defender of the traditional family and, implicitly, a radical opponent of the policies of sodomization of peoples, of legalization of same-sex marriages, promoted by globalists. He was a prominent member of the National Front in France. He comes from a large family of traditionalist Catholics. He himself is the father of ten children. He is one of the prominent members of the World Congress of Families.

I met him several times, I heard him speak from the podium. I had long discussions with him, I know his parents. He is a man who deeply lives authentic values, has a vocation as a fighter and a deep sense of morality. However, being persecuted by the French state affiliated with cabalistic circles, Fabrice was forced to take refuge in Moscow. And since he works under Dugin's magic wand as an ideologue and is paid by the oligarch **Konstantin Malofeev**, he has no choice. He promotes truly fundamental values with all his might, but at the same time he is forced to fit into the guidelines of official propaganda. Although I do not exclude that he is so disgusted by the occult power centers in the West that he does not even realize that he has actually found himself in the nets of a no less evil octopus in Russia. As you know, such a syndrome is called “wishful thinking“, confusing desires with reality or, in other words, a continuous self-deception that anesthetizes remorse.”

**3. Arno (Arnaud) Develay**. A French lawyer with studied in the United States. We have already talked about him. Since settling in Russia, he has also been calling himself a “political commentator“ and even a “political consultant“.”

He arrived in Russia in March 2024 as an “international observer“ to the sinister farce of the so-called re-election of the eternal president of this country. Obviously, Arno is a very intelligent man and understood perfectly well that in Russia under a tyrannical regime and there can be no talk of any even remotely free elections. And yet he assumed this dishonorable role and lied with great ease that the usurpers of state power had respected all legal procedures.”

His appearance in Moscow initially aroused suspicion. The intelligence services were trying to understand whether this character was on a mission, having been sent by his “Western partners“ for purposes different from what he claimed. I understood this when I was contacted by an assistant of Professor Dugin. Obviously, the special interest in Arno did not come from her. I was asked to characterize him. I told her that after an experience of communicating with him for several years I was left with a bad impression of him. I hypothesized that if the man was not an undercover agent of some Western intelligence service, then he was certainly a profiteer interested only in money and an easy life. Although he was around fifty years old, as far as I knew he was not married and therefore was devoid of any family obligations. I saw that Arno was far from any political or moral ideal.”

I suggested to the contact person who was working under the guise of a member of the Dugin team several methods of checking Arno. Among them was the following: To offer him to pass a polygraph test or lie detector. I knew what it was about, because in the past, as a deputy and deputy speaker of the parliament, I dealt with the “law on polygraph tests“. And during that time I had studied all the international practice on this subject and deepened my knowledge of how these technologies work.”

I do not know what checks Arno passed in Moscow. But what I know for sure and is visible to the naked eye is that he gladly accepted the shameful position of a Kremlin propagandist. Obviously, I assume that he is very generously remunerated for his mercenary services. This is because we would have to be too naive to accept the absurd idea that Arno does volunteer work at Russia Today, Sputnik and other platforms for disseminating disinformation and manipulating public opinion for the benefit of the ruling clique. Therefore, such a social role can be qualified without any exaggeration as that of a mercenary. Or, we can use the term PRESSTITUTE.

The Internet reminds us that the term “pressstitute“ is made up of “press“ and “prostitute“ and is used to describe unethical or biased journalists and commentators. The term is attributed to the American analyst Gerald Celente. But the word gained wide circulation with the publication of the famous book by the German journalist Udo Ulfkotte. Former editor of the German newspaper “Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung“, he published in the book, Pressstitutes. Embedded in the Pay of the CIA: A Confession from the Profession, which accused reporters in the mainstream press of taking bribes from intelligence agencies and corporations to promote certain geopolitical narratives. He admitted that he and other European media professionals were bribed by the CIA and the German intelligence service (BND) to write pro-Western and pro-NATO propaganda materials. And in 2017 he paid for it with his own life, having suffered a heart attack.”

The big problem with my former friends like Arno is this: They consider selling your honor to Western special services to be a vile act, whereas doing the same thing to the “deep state“ in Russia is an act of the utmost nobility of soul that demonstrates patriotic courage. I have said it before and I will repeat it here: These types of people see reality with one eye, hear with one ear and think with half a brain. It's more convenient this way — and more profitable.”

4. Alain Soral. For decades, Alan Soral has served as the spearhead of French dissidents. He was the strongest voice in exposing Zionist networks in France. As a sociologist and writer, he has published an impressive number of valuable books. Through the KontreKulture publishing house (see https://kontrekulture.com/), he has edited many exceptional books signed by other authors. I have listened to his speeches on the internet for years. I liked his slightly hooligan, always sarcastic manner of speaking. I also appreciated the fact that he is a boxer, as I was in my youth. His courage to openly confront the System for decades is worthy of all praise.

We met several times, first in Moscow, at an event organized by RT, then in Paris. We communicated by phone and by email. He was friendly with me and very open. I published a book originally printed by his publishing house.

I never shared his Marxist or communist views, but I understood that in France a few decades ago, being a Marxist meant challenging the market society, the civilization of money, plutocracy in all its forms of manifestation. Being an old anti-communist, Orthodox nationalist and monarchist, I found his openness to other visions as proof of a special intelligence.

I never adhered to his point of view on the Putin regime. His series of videos praising Putin seemed totally unconvincing to me. Thus, Alain Soral showed that he is the victim of the same savior syndrome, attributed to Putin as a symbol of the liberation of Europe and the world from the domination of the networks of cabalistic-talmudic domination. A strange and naive perspective, unfortunately, characteristic of a worryingly large number of intellectuals around the world. Soral has failed to understand that Putin's Russia is also under the total control of the same globalist-satanic networks. Only, in the case of this country, they resort to a smokescreen, called “anti-System discourse and defense of traditional values“. The scheme works flawlessly: false dichotomies wreak havoc even in the most educated minds. And the satanic agenda imposed on all countries is imposed with tremendous speed under the cover of East/West rivalries.”

I remember very well the moment when he was forced to take refuge in Switzerland to avoid imprisonment in France. Now he has also had to leave this country, finding refuge in Russia. I do not blame him for this. It would also be ridiculous, since I myself had to expatriate to avoid imprisonment.

But now, when I see him in the position of propagandist of a regime as perverse as the one in France, I wonder if he really feels comfortable in this position. Or perhaps he is still performing certain services for the regime in exchange for the political asylum he hopes to obtain in Russia.

Looking at my French friends settled in Moscow, a historical parallel came to mind. The role assigned to them by the Kremlin is identical to that reserved for prominent intellectuals by the Bolshevik regime in Soviet Russia after the coup of 1917. John Reed, Romain Rolland, George Bernard Shaw would be just a few examples in this regard. In Russia at that time, tens of millions of people were killed, other tens of millions were sent to the GULAG for extermination labor, and Western writers described in rosy colors the Potemkin village that masked the tyrannical essence of that regime.

Today, hundreds of thousands of soldiers and civilians are dying in a fratricidal war in Ukraine, over fifteen million Ukrainians have become refugees, both sister countries are being methodically devastated, Russian prisons are full of political prisoners, and today's new cominternists shamelessly sing the glorification of the usurpers of political power in Russia. Otherwise, they could be accused of playing the Atlanticists' game. It is precisely this kind of puerile partisanship that causes them to remain hostages to a lying and criminal discourse.

Overcoming one's own prejudices is a great luxury. Here the following proverb would be appropriate: He who does not move forward remains behind.
